The Class Includes:

  • Online portion (Can be completed in approximately 3-4 hours based on experience).

The Health & Safety Institute's Online Course is web-based and accessible 24 hours a day. It provides a flexible alternative to classroom training. Through case-based scenarios, interactive activities and videos, this course teaches the concepts of CPR, AEDs, how to relieve choking and basic first aid.
